Troubleshooting
General checks for XXECLUB Script start-up and license problems, and what to include when you ask for help.
Start with the smallest change
Change one thing at a time. Keep the exact message you see and the release you use, so support can help.
Start-up checks
- Update Windows and your drivers.
- Review recently installed utilities, overlays and monitoring tools, one at a time.
- Restart the PC and try again.
License is rejected
Copy the license exactly from the message you received and remove any extra spaces. Never share it publicly. If it is still rejected, contact support with the exact message.
Performance
Use fewer optional features, compare before and after, and write down the numbers you see.
Stage-specific checks

| Interface does not start | Windows is updated and both Visual C++ runtimes are installed. | Restart and try again; contact support with the exact message. |
| License is rejected | The license was copied exactly, with no extra spaces. | Re-enter it; contact support if it still fails. |
| Menu does not appear | The game is running and the interface is open. | Restart the game, then check the menu notes below. |
| Loading fails | The release matches the current game patch. | Install the matching release; contact support with the message. |
| Settings do not save | The release folder is writable and not in a protected location. | Move the folder somewhere writable and try again. |
If the menu is not visible, focus the game window, open the interface again and check the display mode. Change one display-related setting at a time and restart the game after each change.
To reset cached data, close the game and the interface, keep a backup of your configuration, remove only the cache folder, then start again. Do not delete other folders.
What to include when you ask for help
- Your Windows version and build (shown by
winver). - The release you use and the game version.
- The exact message and the steps that lead to it.
- What you expected and what happened, and what you already tried.
- A screenshot with your license hidden.
